The MHT CET is conducted every year by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra. It is a state-level exam, and qualifying it can give candidates opportunities to get admission in courses of agriculture, engineering, and pharmacy, etc. Admissions can be offered in government as well as private institutions in Maharashtra. Any Indian candidate is eligible for the exam. The candidate should have passed 10th and 12th class from a recognized board.

Important dates before the MHT CET 2021:
The MHT CET 2021 application form shall begin from the March 2021. It is recommended that the application form is successfully submitted on time without any rush before the last date. The last date of application submission will be in the fourth week of March 2021. If candidates take a longer time, they will have to submit a late fee of Rs 500. This can be done in the last week of March 2021.
Fee payment in all the cases can be done till April 2021. The admit card or hall ticket of MHT CET 2021 shall be available on the official website from the fourth week of April 2021. The exam will be conducted in the online mode by the second week of May 2021. There will be multiple shifts depending on the subjects chosen by the candidates.
Important dates to note after the exam:
The answer key of the MHT CET 2021 shall be published in the month of May or June 2021. There will be a provision where students can submit objections to the questions or answers of the exam paper. This can be done in a few weeks after the answer key is made available. All the updates will be available on the main website of MHT CET.
The results of MHT CET 2021 will be available on the website in the first week of June 2021. The cut-off shall be released along with the result. The result of MHT CET 2021 will be available online for candidates to check. The counselling process shall thereby begin from the first week of June 2021.
The application form of the MHT CET 2021 will be released in the online mode. All the details should be carefully filled up. The candidate should fill up their preferences for the examination centre and their subject choices carefully. The candidate must download the admit card once it is available on the website.
The admit card shall mention the exact location and exam date for the candidate based on the subject choices made. The exam centre or exam timings cannot be changed. It is mandatory to take the admit card printout and a valid ID proof to the examination centre. The admit card should be kept handy for future references even after the exam. The candidate is expected to read all the guidelines mentioned in the admit card and follow them sincerely until successfully completing the exam.
